Construction supervision of the site was carried out with attendance and control during the whole process as per the requirements of the Law on Territory Planning and its supplementary statements. The site is part of the rehabilitation program of NRIC and is finances by a gratuitous grant under the PHARE “Wide scope infrastructure projects” program, as per the signed between the European Commission and the Government of the Republic of Bulgaria Financial memorandum. An engineering project has been developed for all parts, executive documentation drawn up and site supervised during construction. In the section Vakarel – Verinsko a project was developed for replacing the top construction of a bridge at 45+192 and project for the strengthening of an embankment at km 40+100 to km 41+100.

1999 – 2000 Mechanized renovation of the permanent way in the interstation Mezdra iztok – Strupets – Roman and Roman – Kupino – Karlukovo along second railway line from km 89+233 to km 124+156

Developed are a project for the repair works done on the permanent way by axis and level and benchmarking of 36.02 km double permanent way in the section Mezdra iztok – Karlukovo, situational plan with a model of the terrain over an area of 280 hec., including the stations Mezdra Iztok, Strupets, Roman, Kunino and Karlukovo, over which the servitudes for the agricultural lands in proximity of the railway line were marked, projects for the installations of el. economy in the interstation Roman – Kunino and station Roman. A project for the strengthening and drainage of the earth bed with 1400 cross-section profiles and projects for the construction of new support walls and strengthening of trenches, for new drains and repair works on railway crossings, quantity bills, specification of materials, executives. Supervision carried out in the period 2003 – 2006, during construction on site.

Transgeo Ltd. has developed software for railway design and the creation of cadastre maps and registers.

Application TGCad V1.39 is an application for the creation of cadastre and specialized maps and registers in a digital format and as per the requirements of the Law on cadastre and land registry. The program works within the “AutoCAD®” environment and is capable of being integrated in every version, from “AutoCAD R14” to “AutoCAD 2008” inclusively. The application works independently of and is not affected by other upgrades and integrated tools AutoCAD might already have, like “Land Desktop”, “Map” and others.

TGCad receives input parameters in the following formats: ZEM versions 1.0 and 2.0, including unpdates to the form for woodland devision; CAD version 1.0, CAD version 2.0, CAD version 3.0 и CAD version 4.0; PLT (OUT) files - in "HP-GL" format (not fully supported); KOR and KPT files from “TPLAN”, TCP files – the programs own format. The supported output formats are: CAD format - versions 1.0, 2.0, 3.0 and 4.0; ZEM format - versions 1.0 and 2.0; DWG+TCP format. Geodesy and cadastre

In the area of geodesy and cadastre Transgeo Ltd. provides the following services:

development of geodetic networks with local function;
creation of a working geodetic base for settlements and at special sites;
development of cadastre maps and cadastre registries;
development of specialized maps and plans;
development and maintenance of plans for underground and above ground lines and installations;
examination and assessment for possibility of deformations in broadcast towers, antenna mountings, bridges and other installations and buildings of importance;
development of detailed urbanisation plan and town planning scheme.

For conducting geodesy and cadastre works (See the gallery), the company has at its disposal experienced full-time employees. The work is carried out with modern geodetic installations - dual-frequency GPS receivers, total stations, incl. a no-reflection one, a digital gradienter.

The processing of measurements and creation of digiral models are done by lincensed software products, including the developed by Transgeo Ltd. program TG Cad.

Sponsorship

From 1998 to our present day, Transgeo Ltd. has without fail supported and sponsored the Children’s Choir of the Bulgarian National Radio. For this reason, for the company’s 15th anniversary, which took place on the 20th of September2007 in Hall 9 of the National Palace of Culture, guests and friends were delighted to witness the little artists and acad. Hristo Nedyalkov – an extraordinary figure in the Bulgarian musical scene – turn up to personally offer their congratulations.

During 1998 - 1999 (the difficult period of translation), when culture and its supporters were "in disgrace", Transgeo Ltd. sponsored a series of symphony concerts in the cities of Vratsa, Sliven and Burgas with the participation of the respective town philharmonics and the young conductor Stephan Nedyalkov.

In the year 2000 Transgeo Ltd. took part in the effort to preserve the cultural heritage of Bulgaria and in the Nationwide celebration of 200 years since the birth of the past-master, architect Kolyo Ficheto, by making a generous donation for the restoration of the “Saint Nikola” church in the city of Dryanovo. The church was erected by the renowned architect and builder from the period of the Bulgarian national revival, Kolyo Ficheto, in the years 1849 to 1851.

During the annual ceremony of the University of Architecture, Construction and Geodesy for presenting diplomas to the students in the fields of geodesy, photogrammetry and cartography, Transgeo Ltd. participated in awarding those of the young men and women who had shown excellence in their studies.

It is now an established practice in the company for setting up a scholarship for gifted students, together with the offer of employment upon graduation.

Transgeo Ltd. was found with private funding back in 1992, with the mission to work for the betterment of the railway infrastructure of Bulgaria.

The aim of the company’s founding members was the optimization of the geometry of the railways, by way of implementation of new methods for carrying performance measurements and benchmarking. Through the years their aims evolve and expand to the point where they now encompass the whole process of investment planning in all its phases and project sections. Construction supervision presents itself as a supplementary activity of the company.

Even in a period of economic crisis, Transgeo Ltd. keeps faith with its politics for support of the young people development participating in a project performance on a national program "Modernization of the system for vocational education".
TRANSGEO Ltd. donated 35 100 leva as a 50% co-financing on the project of the Vocational school for technics and construction "Arch. Yordan Milanov" Pernik, as it provided the complete equipment for the new modern furnished geodesy room - geodetic techniques, computers connected to a local area network, specialized software, multimedia.
On the day of the constructor - 26.10.2010 the VSTC „Arch. Yordan Milanov” Pernik solemnly celebrated 45 years since its establishment. The Deputy Minister of Education Milena Damyanova opened the renewed building, part of which is the new geodesy room, too.

2003 – 2004 Creation of cadastre map and registers for Lot 14 – town of Chepelare, Progled village, Stoikite village in the “GD Cadastre – 2003” consortium

2003 – 2004 Quality control of the results from the work of digitizing and analysis of cadastre plans and registers for the urbanized territories and the work on creating a Cadastral maps and cadastral registry (CMCR) of the Yambol region

A planning and altitude geodetic base was created for observing the verticality of installations and monitoring the behavior of their fundaments through geometric leveling plans. The necessary measurements and data processing were carried out and a conclusion as the general state of the constructions reached, followed by a summary of all the data and recommendations given to the contracting authority.

2002 Control geodetic measurements of the construction of Dunav bridge at the town of Russe

Contracting authority: NRIC, PEPZHI Ruse

The measurements were done in two phases – one in low and one in high water level. An examination of the existing design and geodetic base height were carried out and a deviation in the support beams from 19 to 37 /Bulgarian side of the bridge/ found, using two separate methods. The results were compared with those of previous studies and taking in consideration different combinations of traffic loads, the displacements in the hanging beams under the roadway were recorded and conclusions and recommendations made accordingly.

2011 - Since 04.01.2011 Transgeo Ltd. has implemented a Quality control system for certification under ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2007 and OHSAS 18001:2004.

2008 - Since 01.09.2008 Transgeo Ltd. has an implemented Quality control system for certification under ISO 9001:2008.

2007 – On 20th of September Transgeo Ltd. celebrated its 15th year anniversary in Hall 9 of the National Palace of Culture, amongst numerous friends and colleagues.

2004 - Transgeo Ltd. has received a License No. – 000133/14.07.2004, which certifies the company for carrying out compliance assessments of investment projects and exercising supervision over construction works as per the Law on Territory Planning.

2003 - Transgeo Ltd. has become a co-founder and a member of the Bulgarian Association of Consulting Companies in Railway Construction (BACCRC), which on its own, is a member of the Business Initiative Union. Dipl. Eng. Iliya Iliev is chairman of BACCRC from its founding to this day.

2001 - With order No. 791 from 31.08.2001 the Managing Director of the Cadastre Agency has granted the company the legal capacity to carry out works under the Law on Cadastre and Land Registry in the Republic of Bulgaria.

2000 – Transgeo Ltd. receives license No. F-342/14.02.2000 from the Ministry of Agriculture and Food for the carrying out of technical works as per the Law on ownership and use of agricultural lands, LROFLFF and the regulations for their execution.

1997 - The company is one of the founders and a full member of the Association of the Geodesy Firms in Bulgaria.

1995 - Transgeo Ltd. is the first private company in Bulgaria to receive an official permission to carry out performance measurements and benchmarking of the permanent way of the Bulgarian State Railway (BDZ) with License, issued by the National Company Bulgarian State Railway.

1992 – Founding of Transgeo Ltd. by five young engineers, sharing between them a view on the future and unmasked enthusiasm. During the years 1992 and 1993 the company successfully developed and managed to implement in the Bulgarian railways system a new method for measuring performance and benchmarking.
