In February 2012, the floodwater took away part of the railway line along the Radnevo-Galabovo section and interrupted the train operation on the section. Thanks to the fast and professional intervention of SE Transport Construction and Rehabilitation jointly with TRANSGEO Ltd. as a designer, however the connection was restored for a month only. They completed the work on the site in the beginning of May.
